Design America-NYC rescheduled for Fall 2011

At the forefront of the mission of the DesignAmerica Foundation is the promotion and success of America’s most extraordinary independent artists. In deference to these artists, many who dreamed of debuting their work in New York this fall, are still recovering financially from the economic downturn. DesignAmerica made the difficult yet, what we feel, is the smart decision, to postpone the New York show for just one year. We want all of our extraordinary artisans and artists to have this amazing opportunity and could not imagine opening doors to New York without all of the best of the best able to participate. We want to show New York what true one-of-a-kind high design is about and won’t do it until we can knock their socks off and everyone who should be there can.

We will be debuting the best of the best in Texas at Design America-Texas, May 6-8, 2011, where the economy never slept and our artists can capitalize on the most vibrant economy is the country. Let’s take Texas by storm, recover a bit then on to New York next Fall 2011.
